Kanye didn't say much about the anniversary. But the collaborators who worked on the album have been out there making sure people don't forget about the album. Malik Yusef, one of the producers and collaborators on the album, just announced that he is putting on a special 10-year anniversary tour for 808s & Heartbreak.
Kanye West will not be involved with the tour.

Instead, the tour will feature local artists performing their own renditions of tracks from the album. The tour will be heading to 15 cities, including New York, Atlanta, Boston, Las Vegas, Austin, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Speaking about the tour, Yuesef said:
Any musicians have the ability to be a part of the tour, as the musical acts will be curated through an open application audition. Each artist or group will perform songs from the ‘808s & Heartbreak’ album in their own style, paying tribute to Kanye West’s original tracks.
Performances will be selected through an online voting process.
