City Girls Back: Yung Miami Confirms JT Has Been Released From Prison

The City Girls have finally been reunited. According to co-founder Yung Miami, JT has been released from the Tallahassee Federal Correctional, where she served the last 15 months on credit card fraud charges.

The group hasn't strayed that far from the headlines since JT was sentenced. Yung Miami was the subject of backlash after an appearance on the Breakfast Club, where she doubled down on homophobic comments she made on Twitter before becoming famous. In June 2018, she announced she was expecting her second child with then-boyfriend, Atlanta producer Southside. Two months later, Miami was targeted in a drive-by shooting leaving a studio in South Florida.

The duo most recently contributed to four songs on Quality Control's Control the Streets Vol. 2 compilation, including an appearance on "Pastor," alongside Quavo and Megan the Stallion.
