Drake Acknowledges Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Bun B, & More While Celebrating the 10 Year Anniversary of 'So Far Gone'

Drake is re-releasing a classic.

Wednesday, February 13th, is the 10 year anniversary of one of the most defining hip-hop mixtapes of all time: Drake's So Far Gone.

To celebrate the anniversary of the album, Drake will be releasing So Far Gone, officially, on all streaming services on Thursday,February 13th. (A bit of info that Kanye West leaked a couple of months ago.)

Drake made the announcement on his Instagram page. He posted a picture of the cover and wrote a long caption detailing where all the major players were at 10 years ago. The names mentioned include Boi-1da, Trey Songz, LeBron James, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West.

The fact that he mentioned Kanye is interesting because the two have a strained relationship right now. But that didn't stop Drake from acknowledging Kanye, writing:

...a decade ago I rapped over your beat cause you just made the best shit. And even though you stay wildin on twitter these days I will never forget what you contributed to the game and my career.

Drake rapped over Kanye's "Say You Will" on "Say What's Real." It's not clear if that song will be on the So Far Gone re-release considering the relationship between the two.
