Did Eminem Steal Bhad Bhabie's Flow on 'Kamikaze' Cut "Look Alive?

On Friday, August 31, 2018, Eminem released his 10th studio album Kamikaze.
Most of the conversation around the album was centered around Em's various beefs (Joe Budden, Machine Gun Kelly, and Tyler, the Creator.)

However, sleuths on the Internet noticed something interesting. On one of the tracks, "Not a Like," which features Royce da 5'9", it sounds like Em is appropriating a flow that 2018 rap fans should know.
On the track, it sounds like Eminem is using the flow "cash me outside" girl Bhad Bhabie used on her breakout single "Hi Bich."
