With the next chapter in their collaborative saga due imminently, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib's have been predictably tight-lipped about Bandana. But that phase of the press run might just be over.

In a new interview with German magazine, JUICE, (translated by Reddit user, DeBeCooper,) Gibbs broke the seal on the guest list for the Piñata follow-up, confirming that he'd be joined by Yasiin Bey, Anderson .Paak, Killer Mike, Pusha T, and more, crowning them "legends." He adds that Mike and Pusha appear on the same track. Though he'd initially been reluctant to crowd the tracklist, Gibbs expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with "guys who I have respect for, and who respect me too."

And while it remains without a precise release date, Bandana is said to be due in May via RCA, per Gibbs' interview with Nadeska Alexis. It will mark the first major label release from both rapper and producer, respectively. Jump back to hear the Assassin-assisted title-track and the lead single, "Flat Tummy Tea."
