Knxwledge Shares a Syrupy Remix of Frank Ocean's "Chanel" on New 'HX 12.8' Tape
The Stones Throw producer simply won't let up.
Knxwledge has released a new volume of his long-going Hexual Sealings beat tape series on Bandcamp. HX 12.8 features new remixes of Ella Mai's "Trippin,'" 702's "Blah Blah Blah," and a syrupy, chopped-and-screwed treatment of Frank Ocean's early-2017 loosie, "Chanel."

It arrives on the heels of ボビーとボビーのボリューム 1 (roughly translating to Bobby and Bobby Vol. 1,) which dropped just last week, featuring a newly recalibrated version of NxWorries' "Best Ones." Earlier this year, the producer claimed to be capping his Bandcamp drops at 100 to head off the rampant piracy of his mixtapes. The count was at 96 -- a dozen of which landed in 2018 alone -- at the time of the declaration, and at this rate, we may see the close of what is arguably the longest hot-streak on record -- for a producer of any genre at all -- by the end of 2018.
