The budding artist performed the newly released song during the 2020 Grammys.

Lil Nas X has dropped the remix for his hit song “Rodeo” featuring Nas after teasing the track at the 2020 Grammys.

On the new track, Nas replaces Cardi B’s verse from the original song with “I might spin the block on 12 horses/Buy the block and get a boss bitch,” he raps. “Grown man, but when the Henny hit/I might Milly Rock then get up off it.”

During his performance Lil Nas X also shared a rendition of "Old Town Road" alongside BTS, Mason Ramsey, Diplo and of course Billy Ray Cyrus. Each of these artists have appeared on a remix of the rising star’s hit song. This marked BTS and Ramsey’s first-ever Grammy performance.

Lil Nas X took home two Grammys last night: one for Best Music Video for “Old Town Road” which wasn’t broadcasted and another for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. He was also nominated in the following categories: Best Album (7), Best New Artist, Best Record (“Panini,”) Best Rap/Sung Performance (“Panini.”)

In 2019, he was a force to be reckoned with and rose from anonymity to becoming a household name. He appeared on the cover of numerous magazines including Teen Vogue, Billboard and Time and also dropped 7, his debut EP. This project featured the singles “Old Town Road” Remix, “Panini” and “Rodeo.” Lil Nas X also graced the cover of Variety this year and was coined “The Underdog” ahead of the Grammys, it’s an understatement how refreshing it is that he walked away with two awards yesterday evening since he dominated 2019.
