I could say I was wrong. I could take the blame. Because brothers don't always have to have the same name.

On Tuesday, July 2nd, BET debuted the second season of Irv Gotti's Tales — a show in which rap songs get turned into feature-length dramas.

The season two premiere was based around "Brothers," a Kanye West track that features Charlie Wilson on the hook. The song, which was made for the show, was produced by Irv and Seven.

According to Complex, Irv Gotti said this about the track:

Producing this new record with my production partner Seven and working with Kanye for a song exclusively for the Tales series has been one of the highlights of my music and TV career...I did it for my Hip Hop Culture. I wanted to give the fans something to listen to and enjoy as well as visually enjoy, and 'Brothers,' the song in conjunction with this global TV premiere is precisely that moment.
