The two rappers serve up their second collaborative single of 2020 following “Life Is Good.”

Drake and Future have rolled out their second single “Desires,” after unveiling “Life Is Good” earlier this month.

This exact track was previously teased last August on Instagram Live, a second tease of the song appeared online in December, according to HYPEBEAST. At the top of the year, the single leaked under the name “I Know.” Fans are hoping that the song will be a part of a second installment of the duo’s 2015 mixtape What a Time to be Alive.

Produced by D. Hill the track features Drake and Future’s thoughts on a love lost. A catchy hook includes Drake ranting sharing “I should’ve put you somewhere where no one could find you.” He continues by sharing, “How you goin’ vegan but still beefin’ with me again? How the fuck you seen so many beaches? Tickets to them places don’t come cheap here.” He even goes on to say that he should’ve moved the woman he’s rapping about to Katy, Texas.

Overall, the song is a bit reminiscent of their past work together, but it has a bit of a newer sound. It’s definitely a strong follow-up to “Life Is Good.” In case you didn’t realize, there’s also been a Drake feature on every Future album. Since What a Time to be Alive was recorded over a six-day recording session, it’s not hard to believe that a project might already be done.
