Mary J. Blige is returning to Atlanta for Mother's Day Weekend. The second iteration of the multiplatinum R&B singer's Strength of A Woman Festival will be held from May 11-14, featuring a massive two-night concert at State Farm Arena with Blige, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Summer Walker, Lucky Daye, Muni Long and more as performers.

Also scheduled throughout the four-day event are an opening show with Robert Glasper, a comedy show headlined by Mike Epps, a summit featuring Angela Yee's Lip Service and others, a performance from Saucy Santana, and a gospel brunch hosted by Ryan Cameron.
“I’m so excited to bring our Strength of a Woman Festival & Summit back to Atlanta for its second year,” said Blige. “Having the opportunity to continue to uplift, inspire, and build amongst a community of women is the reason why we created this festival. I’m so grateful for all of the support from our performers and participants and of course Live Nation Urban, Pepsi and our additional partners who are committed to celebrating and creating community for Black women.”
Last May, the inaugural SOAW event was held for three days, with Blige headlining a show at State Farm Arena with special guests City Girls, Chaka Khan, XSCAPE, Ella Mai, and more.
"Music is just going in the right direction, R&B is back," Blige told Okayplayer at last year's event. "I remember one time I was worried about R&B, I was like ‘Uh-oh, we’re done.’ But no, the [new] generation has revived us.”
General onsale tickets for SOAW Festival and Summit will be available March 10 at 10 AM ET.
