NxWorries Returns With "Where I Go" Music Video
Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge prep their forthcoming album as NxWorries with "Where I Go" music video featuring R&B vocalist H.E.R.
Anderson. Paak and Knxwledge are back as supergroup NxWorries after a six-year hiatus. On Wednesday (October 19), the duo returned with new music video "Where I Go," featuring R&B musician H.E.R. as Paak's romantic interest. Towards the end of "Where I Go," H.E.R.'s character bails on Paak after a house party gone wrong.
Paak and Knxwledge's forthcoming collaborative album will follow their 2016 full-length debut Yes Lawd! Paak is also one-half of soul supergroup Silk Sonic with Bruno Mars, who won four Grammy Awards earlier this year for their debut single "Leave the Door Open." In an exclusive statement to Rolling Stone, the duo announced that they'd be omitting from submitting their album An Evening With Silk Sonic for Grammy consideration.
“We truly put our all on this record, but Silk Sonic would like to gracefully, humbly and most importantly, sexually, bow out of submitting our album this year,” Mars wrote. “We hope we can celebrate with everyone on a great year of music and partake in the party. Thank you for letting Silk Sonic thrive."
He added, “Andy and I, and everyone that worked on this project, won the moment the world responded to ‘Leave The Door Open.’ Everything else was just icing on the cake. We thank the Grammys for allowing us to perform on their platform — not once but twice — and awarding us at last year’s ceremony. We’d be crazy to ask for anything more.”
Earlier this year, Knxwledge shared that Meek Mill wanted the producer's Meek beat series removed from streaming services over copyright issues, although it appears to still be available online.
