The Amours are a vital component to PJ Morton's incredible live shows. Now the sisters are getting ready to debut their own music,
If you follow us you know that we are huge fans of the PJ Morton. The main reason: he has one of the best live shows in music.
This is largely due to his impeccable band, which is anchored by back-up singers The Amours: sisters Jakiya Ayanna and Shaina Aisha. The Amours, who are originally from Washington DC, are signed to PJ's Morton Records and are gearing up to release their debut EP, Mon Amour.

We are proud to premiere the debut single from that EP — "All The Time," a sexy, good-natured R&B jam that will make you feel all warm inside.
We reached out to the ladies so they can talk about the track and how it came about. In an email, Jakiya wrote us:
When creating "All The Time," we wanted to make sure that we stayed true to the Essence of real, feel-good R&B music. From the lyrics to the melody to easing into our signature harmonic arrangements. We're sure that our sound will capture an audience of listeners who simply appreciate music that feeds the soul.
While Shaina told us:
There are two things we want to be known for: our harmony and our blend. Before adding harmony to "All The Time," we focused on blending and sounding like one voice. We believe that blending is one of the most important things when being in a group. On top of that, there is no blend like a sibling blend! It’s a womb thing.
