Rapsody Talks Grammys, Kendrick Lamar's Cosign & More on 'Larry King Now'

Rapsody sits down with Larry King.
Last year, Rapsody released one of the better rap albums of 2017, Laila's Wisdom. Will she be rewarded for it? We'll find out on January 28th when the 60th Annual Grammy Awards go down. Rapsody is up for two Grammy nominations, Best Rap Album and Best Rap song.
The MC appeared on Larry King's show, Larry King Now, to break down this moment.

During the interview, Rapsody talked about her nominations, the state of female MCs, and her relationship with Kendrick Lamar, who famously put her on "Complexion (A Zulu Love)" off of To Pimp a Butterfly.
When asked what makes Kendrick special, Rapsody said:
"The honesty in his music, he has no fear and he's himself. He doesn't chase anything, but what he sees in the mirror, I think that's what makes him special."
