Listen to Normani and 6LACK's New Breakup Song, "Waves"
The New Orleans singer and Atlanta rapper connect.
R&B/Pop singer Normani teamed up with 6LACK for her latest track, "Waves."
The former Fifth Harmony member and the Atlanta rapper lament lost love and bad habits on the moody breakup song. The single comes before Normani's forthcoming debut solo album which is slated to release at the top of 2019.

In an Apple Music's Beats 1 interview Thursday, Normani talked about how she and 6LACK drew inspiration from one another before the collaboration.
"He's such an important artist," she told host Zane Lowe. "I've been following his journey for a while now, and we're really big fans of each other."
She continued, " He's an amazing lyricist, and I feel like he took the record to a whole other level."
