Tay-K's Manager Gives an Update After Rumors that the Rapper is Suicidal Spread

Tay-K has been in prison since 2017.

Over the weekend, a photo of controversial incarcerated rapper Tay-K, real nameTaymor Travon McIntyre, wearing a suicidalprevention suit started floating around social media.

This had fans fearing for the safetyof the 18-year-old rapper:

On Sunday night (February24th) Tay-K's manager Ezra Veril responded to the picture, saying that the photo is old and that Tay-K is not suicidal.

On his Instagram he wrote:

'Tay-K] did that to get out of the solitary confinement he's been in for close to two years," the manager wrote on Instagram."Crazy the extremes you have to take it just to be treated humanely in a fucked up situation.

Tay-K,who has been charged with the murders of two men, is currently being held at the Lon Evans Corrections Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He has been incarcerated since July 2017.
