The XO artist hits the streets of Vegas with Metro Boomin for a debauchery-filled night.
The Weeknd has dropped a music video for his new song "Heartless." The psychedelic Anton Tammi-directed visual takes place in Vegas.
Producer Metro Boomin makes an appearance alongside Abel in the clip. Throughout the music video the duo takes over the light-filled Vegas streets and also the iconic Caesar's Palace. Towards the end of the clip, the singer-songwriter kisses a toad and then proceeds to have a dramatic bad trip.
"Heartless" is one of two new singles The Weeknd rolled out recently, the other is "Blinding Lights." The last release from the artist was his 2018 album My Dear Melancholy,.
The rollout of his new tracks point to a highly anticipated comeback from the pop star who has had an immensely successful career over the past nine years. Standout albums from the XO artist include Kiss Land (2013) and Starboy (2016). He first garnered a cult fanbase back in 2011 when he dropped his mixtapes House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence. These mixtapes were later a part of his Trilogy album which was unveiled in 2012.
