Kanye takes it to church?

Though he's remained relatively quiet for much of the month, Kanye appears to have caught some sort of spirit.

The rapper who claimed at the beginning of January that "from now on I'm performing with my motherfucking hat on," has been leading a capless series of performances with a rapturous gospel choir and a full band from an undisclosed location over the last few weeks. The first "Sunday Service" gathering featured appearances from Kid Cudi, 070 Shake, and Tony Williams, performing recalibrated takes on the G.O.O.D. Music catalog.

And earlier this week, a near hour-long clip from a second performance surfaced with Kanye and Williams at the center of a massive procession, stretching out the hits and debuting the new song, "We'll Find A Way," with an audience filling out the room. Ye doesn't rise to perform until his Cudi collaboration, "Ghost Town," begins to echo through the room. The performances closed with a rendition of Michael Jackson's "Will You Be There," and Ye's comments on a forthcoming documentary about the allegations molestation raised against the late King of Pop.
