It's showtime for Silk Sonic. Tonight, the duo comprised of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak opened the ceremony with "777" from their 2021 debut album An Evening with Silk Sonic. The lucky-themed song was appropriate to open the 64th Annual Grammy Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, as the duo interpolated James Brown's "Get on Up" and threw 1990 Soho cut “Hot Music (Jazz Music)” into their performance.
