You can now buy The Purple One's curved and swirled Purple Rain era ax.

Prince's Estate is bringing back the late legend's iconic "Cloud" guitar this year.

Pre-orders for pearl white and electric blue replicas of the ax that was originally made for his big screen debut in Purple Rain have gone live on prince.com ahead of an official November 2019 drop. Designed by Dave Rusan -- a Minneapolis luthier who worked at Prince's favorite local guitar shop -- the six-string version was modeled after a unique silhouette of a bass spotted while shopping for early bandmate and childhood friend André Cymone (who brandished the curved and swirled body in the 1979 video for "Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad.")

The replicas are on sale for $1,750 and ship in a hard case with plush purple interior, of course -- wildly more affordable than the teal blue custom build, which sold for $700,000 in 2017.
