All G.O.O.D.? Kanye Praises Kid Cudi At 'Saint Pablo' Stop In Houston
Perhaps by now some of you have had some time to process all this internal beefing within the G.O.O.D. Music camp. First Kid Cudi does a very Kanye thing by losing his cool and naming names in a scathing twitter rant that listed his label chief and Drake as folks that "don't give a fuck about me." Then, of course, Kanye does a very Kanye thing by ranting at a show that same night, shouting from his floating stage that Cudi should "never mention Ye name. I birthed you."
We can't be sure what sparked Cudi's initial lash-out, but it appears that time does, in fact, heal at least some wounds, as Ye, self-proclaimed father of Cudi, expressed a change of heart during his recent Saint Pablo tour stop, where he once again took to the mid-air podium, only this time his words were full of praise for his G.O.O.D. friend and longtime collaborator, dubbing Cudi as "the most influential artist of the past ten years."
The duo last linked on Kanye's anthemic "Father Stretch My Hands," which is still one of the year's best offerings from one of the year's best albums, despite the fact that it could still get another update before the year's through.
