Aloe Blacc Talks World Cup, New Fans + More For "The Questions" on OKP TV:

Aloe Blacc is a man of many dimensions and talents; singer of huge pop hits, proud Panamanian-American, 1/2 of indie rap outfit Emanon with his homie (and MPC god) Exile. So when we had the chance to sit and play "The Questions" game with him recently while he was in town for a intimate performance at the Crosby Hotel (curated by the distinguishing tastemakers over at Lincoln Motor Company--who even sent a Lincoln Towncar to pick us up!) we mostly dispensed with the random, annoying, keeping-it-5-years-old questions we specialize in (you know, like: Why is the sky blue? What's your favorite ice cream? Can we touch your hair? Why not?) to touch on the full spectrum of, ahem, Blacc-ness, from his central role in crafting the "World Is Ours" anthem for FIFA 2014 World Cup (kicking off today in Brazil!) to whether he really misses rapping (he does, which begs the next annoying question: New Emanon project, please?) to the difference between old fans and new, from Lootpack to Avicii.

Of course we found space for one or two random jawns, so in addition to learning what his own favorite lyrics from the song "Hello World" (combined with David Correy's take on "The World Is Ours" to create the official Coke World Cup Anthem--watch below), you can now found out about how Aloe feels about being "THE man", his relationship with his wife and sisters and his tips on flirting. Watch our newest OKP TV webisode below to get the answers to all these and more of "The Questions":
