UPDATE: During Thursday's (November 21st) impeachment hearings, Kim Kardashian and A$AP Rocky were both mentioned.
The names were dropped by Ukraine diplomat David Holmes, who gave further context to the mentions of A$AP Rocky during impeachment hearings.
While detailing a conversation between the president and Ambassador Gordon Sondland, Holmes said the ambassador told Trump that Sweden “should have released [Rocky] on your word,” but that “you can tell the Kardashians you tried.”
Kim Kardashian was one of the forces lobbying Trump for help in A$AP Rocky’s Swedish case earlier in the year.

While making his remarks, Sondland referenced A$AP Rocky, and said that he and Trump were talking about the Harlem rapper in regards to his assault case in Sweden.
"Other witnesses have recently shared recollection of overhearing the call. For the most part, I have no reason to doubt their accounts. It is true that the president speaks loudly at times and it is also true — I think we primarily discussed A$AP Rocky," Sondland said during his testimony.

Rocky's name was first mentioned during David Holmes' testimony on Friday. The United States Embassy official said he heard Trump and Sondland talk about Rocky's case over the phone at a restaurant in Kiev on July 26, according to a report from the New York Times.
Per the Times:
Mr. Sondland told the president the rapper “should have pled guilty,” according to Mr. Holmes’s written statement.Mr. Sondland then advised Mr. Trump that he should “let him get sentenced, play the racism card, give him a ticker-tape when he comes home,” Mr. Holmes testified.
During his testimony, Sondland said he recalled this conversation, stating: "What triggered my memory was someone's reference to A$AP Rocky, which I believe was the primary reference of that phone call."
In related news, Rocky will be returning to Sweden for his first show in the country since the incident surrounding his assault occurred. The concert will take place December 11 at Stockholm's Ericsson Globe arena.
