Rewind, projector! The perenially awesome Dirty Projectors are (finally) back at it, preparing a new LP which should be dropping sometime this Spring on Domino Records, a much looked-for follow up to 2009's Bitte Orca. The first leak is the cuneiform-covered ditty "Gun Has No Trigger" which has everything you could want from a DP session (pause); great, idiosyncratic writing, wicked rattling drums and harmonies that build to an eerie crescendo. Welcome back--and I got a crisp Andrew Jackson for the first internet DJ that moshes this together credibly with Spice 1 and puts a soundcloud link in the comments section of this post.
