Hood Samaritan members Kyle Rapps & Diwon have a new mixtape, Syndication, set to come out next Wednesday. Today, the producer/emcee duo drop the final leak off the TV themed project. Keeping with the theme of flipping TV show samples, here is "Portlandia," from the IFC show of the same name (hilarious) and of course originally Washed Out's "Feel It All Around."
