Beyonce Drops Surprise Self-Titled "Visual" Album
The queen B, Beyonce drops a bomb on us with a surprise iTunes exclusive album release with videos to accompany each track. It marks the first time Bey's done something along these lines, and maybe even the first time we've seen a project of this nature from anyone. The album features a a star-powered list of collaborations and guests, including Drake, Frank Ocean and of course her hubby, Jay Z. In the video below she explains the concept behind the album, chalking up the focus on visuals to a type of self-diagnosed synesthesia and validating the surprise with a yearning to reach out directly to her fans.
