Hip-Hop has always mostly (shout out to Hov) been a young man's game, but I can't recall a period of time where so many rappers who aren't old enough to drink (or in this case, vote) were flourishing at the same time. The latest example would be 16 year old Rock County native emcee/producer/director Bishop Nehru. He dropped a tape, Nehruvia back in November, that I recently checked out and you should too (this kid can spit). The other day he hit us with the latest vid off the project, "Misruled Order" featuring fellow Rockland County native Que Hampton. Check the video below.
