Anderson .Paak was one of the hottest artists of 2016, and he's continuing his run this year on tour with Bruno Mars.
Bruno Mars announced on Twitter that the Dr. Dre protegé would be joining him on the 24k Magic World Tour, which spans 85 dates between March 28, 2017 in Antwerp, Belgium and November 11, 2017 in Los Angeles. Mars' tweet came with a retweet of Billboard's video congratulating .Paak for such a successful 2016.
In 2015, Anderson .Paak broke out with some key appearances on Dr. Dre's album Compton. Last year he struck out on his own, with two successful albums - the solo disc Malibu, and Yes Lawd! as a member of the duo NxWorries. He then became one of the most popular live acts of the year, performing at festivals like Coachella and Roots Picnic with his band The Free Nationals. His hard work was rewarded with two Grammy Award nominations: Best New Artist, and Best Urban Contemporary Album for Malibu. Watch Anderson .Paak's performance at The Roots Picnic below.
