It was like a breath of fresh air when I first heard Detroit 4 man crew, Clear Soul Forces, back in 2011, and then listened to them solidify their spot in my rotation with their 2012 LP, Detroit Revolution(s). They show no signs of cooling off as their back today with a brand new single, "Beats Rhymes & Life." An obvious nod to the old school, while showing why they've got front of the class seats in whatever new school you put them in. "Beats Rhymes & Life" serves as the first single off their upcoming Gold PP7s album - which fellow fiends of the N64 classic, Goldeneye, know is the deadliest weapon there is.
