Common x Vince Staples - "Kingdom" + Official Video Teaser
UPDATE: You can now stream the latest No I.D. produced heater "Kingdom" in its entirety below. Stay tuned for more from the upcoming Nobody Smiling LP as the machine gun funk keeps rolling out.
Common lets loose a harrowing teaser for the visual treatment of the soon-to-drop single "Kingdom," off his forthcoming eleventh studio album Nobody's Smiling. While the only vocal we get on the track is the stirring chorale over a cavernous string arrangement and sirens, it is slated to feature the LBC's boy-wonder Vince Staples and is no doubt produced by Com's old homie and pioneering Chicago beatsmith No I.D, as the entirety of the album is slated to have been created with No at the helm. We have yet to receive word as to when the single and accompanying visual will drop -- much more the release date for this titanic reunion LP -- but you can be sure we'l be front and center when they do. If you need your fix, peep the billowing smoke and barely-lit streets of Common and Vince Staples' "Kingdom" below or peep some of the Chi-town bomber's more recent No I.D collaborations to get an idea of the madness.
