DAWN just announced the release date of her new album, new breed, which is slated to drop on January 25th.
The native New Orleans singer — formally known as Dawn Richard of Diddy's group Danity Kane — just released the album's title track. She released the project's first single, "jealousy," in September with a music video featuring Chief Montana of the Washitaw Nation.
new breed is mostly self-produced, with contributions from Hudson Mohawke, Cole M.G.N., and Kaveh Rastegar. It comes after the release of DAWN's 2016 album, Redemptionheart.
