Digable Planets Expand Reunion Tour, Add Free Brooklyn Show
Following the success of last year's reunion tour, Digable Planets has announced a grip of new dates, including a free show in The Republic of Brooklyn. The seven date run commences on May 16th at The Howard Theatre (right down the street from the meeting place of Ladybug Mecca and Butterfly,) hitting Brooklyn on the 18th and continuing on to Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, and Portland.
On top of touring select dates with Digable Planets, Butterfly can also be found on the road with his experimental outfit, Shabazz Palaces, as they ready two new projects for release this year, Quazarz: Born on a Gangster Star (hear the lead single "Shine A Light") and its freshly-announced "extra-spatial twin," Quazarz vs. The Jealous Machines.
