Disclosure & Gregory Porter Electrify On New Collaboration "Holding On"
Disclosure has been roaring back in 2015, first with their ghettotech-channeling comeback single "Bang That" and now with the soulful, breakneck banger "Holding On" featuring modern jazz giant Gregory Porter. It's business as usual for the wonder twins, concocting a buoyant and footwork-friendly sonic scape, with Porter gracing the track with his mighty howl, which is at times, chopped and stretched over that electric dance floor heater. If their infectious full-length 2013 debut took you by the feet and ears, then "Holding On" should be very much to your liking, with minimal, intoxicating four-to-the-floor ism that shines as bright today as it did a couple of years back.
