Earl Sweatshirt Debuts New Song w/ RZA at Mayfest

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

In what has to be the pinnacle of new media music drops, Earl Sweatshirt debuted his new song over the weekend featuring/possibly produced by RZA by playing it from his phone on stage. The track is now making its way though the internet via the subsequent YouTube uploading of the performance by an attendee at the show. We don't know the title of the song yet, but Earl did confirm on stage that the song is new material - presumably off his forthcoming Doris album, for which we have quite a few songs to get excited over now. The video is your typical "I'm too excited to keep the camera still"-type cell phone footage (granted, the performance was at a college festival, so we get it), but even through the shaky recording, we can tell it's a slow moving heater. Check out the as-of-yet untitled track below and keep checking back for more info on Doris as it comes out.
