Earl Sweatshirt Plans To Drop 'EarlWolf' LP With Tyler, The Creator

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Earl Sweatshirt talks plans to drop the EarlWolf collaborative LP with Tyler, The Creator once they are both able to set aside the time to record the project in one sitting. Earl Sweatshirt dropped the news in an interview with NME, where he discussed his critically-acclaimed debut LP Doris and all things Odd Future. The official announcement of the duo's formation follows performances from the pair on a handful of European dates, including recent sets in support of Eminem. Earl Sweatshirt detailed his feelings about the recording process and his ideas for how the project will eventually come together:

"We'll do the record when we're ready to sit down for a month and a half and do it in one. It'd be shitty if it was spread out. That's how I want to do shit from now on; that's what I learned from doing 'Doris'. Trying to piece shit together that's hella spread out kinda sucks. You hit a lot more walls trying to make it sync."

Stay tuned for more from Earl Sweatshirt and Tyler, The Creator as EarlWolf. Purchase Earl Sweatshirt's debut LP Doris via iTunes.
