Electric Wire Hustle's sophomore record Love Can Prevail is in stores now on Okayplayer Records/Somethinksounds. The 10-track LP is the New Zealand duo's first full-length release since their critically-acclaimed 2010 self-titled debut, which thrust the group into the international spotlight and quickly achieved cult status for its mash of psychedelic soul, r&b and electronic beats. Ahead of the new album, the kiwi soulcats delivered a precursor EP with If These Are The Last Days, which featured two tracks plus remixes from UK producers Eliphino and Flako. On Love Can Prevail, EWH revisit (or rather, reinvent) a hybrid of classic soul and futuristic sounds. The group has so far dropped a pair of stunning videos for "If These Are The Last Days" and "By & Bye" off the record.
