Bushwick Bill, one of the founding members of the legendary Houston rap group Geto Boys, has revealed that he is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

The rapper revealed the news in an interview with TMZ. Bill, who is 52, said he was diagnosed back in February. The news was surprising to Bill, who says he was told a mass on his pancreas was benign. Bushwick Bill said he is in the early process of chemotherapy

The rapper also said he hasn't told a lot of people, only close family. In fact, Bill revealed that he hasn't told Scarface or Willie D his fellow Geto Boys members. Bushwick said that he was working on three albums, thinking about the future of his children.
