Hanni El Khatib's Gritty Single "Moonlight" Gets Some Words From GZA

GZA Lends Some Words To Hanni El Khatib's Gritty "Moonlight"

Hanni El Khatib is an LA-based blues revivalist with a garage rock edge to him. While recording his forthcoming Moonlight LP, Khatib's gritty title-track caught the ear of Shaolin titan GZAwhich immediately had him pledging some verbal to the menacing, guitar-driven joint, perfect for some rugged and raw words from the Genius. There isn't much else known about the Blessed Coast rocker other than he's been frequented by The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach for past collaborations and that he's got a new record on the way. I will say this; if Moonlight sounds anything like this title-track, than we're all very much in for a treat. Lay your ears upon on the reverb & blues of LA's Hanni El Khatib and GZA's "Moonlight" below and cop the single via iTunes today.
