Rather, that we could conceivably convince a person that an American president could run for a third term by executive order, which is precisely what he set out to do in a new segment of his show Why? With Hannibal Buress. The hazy Chicagoan funny man took to the streets of LA to demonstrate his powers of persuasion and hilarity, rounding up some street-dwelling folk to offer their take on whether a third term for the POTUS would be in good favor or if they'd rather offer the highly contested slot to another aspiring politician, perhaps even themselves.
