Hannibal Buress Spoofs Bill Cosby's "Kids Say The Darndest Things"
And so it continues. Wednesday night saw Hannibal Buress once again pointing his creative crosshairs on Bill Cosby, this time with an outright parody of Kids Say The Darndest Things, which the disgraced 78-year-old comedian hosted regularly for over two years. Striking out onto the streets, Buress dubbed his new segment "Children Say Things That You Don’t Expect Them To Say Sometimes," and quizzed the nation's youth on matters of jokes, hip-hop lyrics, NBA stars, The Wire, Taylor Swift, television shows and plenty more.
The sketch is ultimately a light-hearted one, with all of its digs at Bill Cosby implied and slightly subliminal (apart from that title, of course). Buress could have easily worked in a couple of impressions or--worse--Jell-O references. Instead, he kept it
