Hear The Kendrick Lamar x Childish Gambino Mash-Up Album 'good boy, d.E.E.p Web'
Feeling a little anxious over the prospect of new Childish Gambino arriving within a week's time? Itching for some new titled and mastered Kendrick Lamar in your life? Well, suspend your anxiety for just a bit, as we've just been gifted a double-edged treat that should calm the mind. British producer Gibberish has dropped off a Childish Lamar (or is it Kendrick Gambino?) mash-up. Aptly-titled good boy, d.E.E.p Web, the album fits Kendrick's vocals to the vast, synthesized sonic suites of Because The Internet to marvelous results. Honestly, we could never have imagined "Blue Faces" hugging the instrumental to "Shadows" so snuggly, so perfectly.
It's a must-hear for any Bino or Lamar fan, and it will certainly hold you over until either of them drop their next project. Gambino's tentatively-titled Pharos album will premiere this weekend at a campout festival tucked away in California's Joshua Tree National Park, presumably ahead of the album's official release. You can also catch Bino in his new show Atlanta, premiering next Tuesday, September 6th, on FX. Hit the player below and fall into this magnificent mash-up project. Purchase it on Bandcamp to take it home with you.
