Jaden Smith Is Lovesick, Yet Smooth-As-Ever in New "Fallen" Video

Jaden Smith may be the heir apparent to Bel Air, but it seems that's not holding him back in any way, shape or form. The year has seen Smith in many manifestations: surfin' his own wave with the sage, Kid Cudi, starring in The Get Down (one of the year's most surprising successes,) lining up with Raury for their contribution to the show's soundtrack.

Today Smith returns with the new track "Fallen" (perhaps his best to date) and an accompanying visual to boot, wherein Smith laces up his self-lacing Nike Mags (first world problems) and hits an abandoned western set, sick with love, but powering through. You'll notice the hook, where a tender and affectionate croon displays deceptive flexibility as a vocalist a la Uncle Cudder. A nice surprise for those not yet taking the kid seriously (though it's just a matter of time now.)

Whatever's on the horizon for the eldest Smith sibling, it'll surely be something to behold. That is, of course, if it stacks up to an exceptionally-smooth offering like "Fallen." Time will tell, though. Watch the video for Jaden Smith's latest down below and hold tight for his next transmission.
