Saxophonist Jaleel Shaw links with Dres (of Black Sheep) in the official video for "Flight" (Energy) - a reinterpretation of the composition "Flight" from his acclaimed sophomore Optimism LP - shot by Robert Adam Mayer with editing from Sean Colello. The byproduct of Dres' tweet praising the original recording from Shaw, the video follows Shaw's 2013 The Soundtrack of Things to Come LP and a steady stream of loosies and side projects from Dres.
A few weeks ago, Dres from Black Sheep tweeted that he was digging my song "Flight", from my album "Optimism". I retweeted it and Dres hit me up to let me know he wanted to rhyme over it. Within a week, he sent me the file and here it is
