TDE Rallies Together For Jay Rock's Riotous New "Vice City" Video

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Only hours after sharing his new TDE posse cut "Vice City,"Jay Rock has shared the track's official video, a black and white booty-packed affair (can we say that on the internet?). In the official video we see the entire team reunite, as Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul and Schoolboy Q all show out in support of their comrade, who is seen at first rapping in a strange sort of warehouse, and later being rolled on the floor via stretcher while rows of women pretty much shove their asses directly in his face. Kendrick gets pulled in all directions by women, Soul makes it rain on no one in particular before smashing a piñata (a subliminal Freddie Gibbs diss? Are we making up conspiracies here?) and Q, well he's content just to rap under a solo spotlight. Vice city indeed.

The video was directed by Joe Weil and appears to be something of a sequel to Kendrick's own booty-packed videos, specifically "Backseat Freestyle" and "King Kunta." Jay Rock's long-awaited new LP 90059 just went up for sale on iTunes Thursday night, and if you want an in-depth look at what's in store, TDE released a mini-documentary on the album earlier this week. The wait is over, folks. Get you some.
