The line-up forJay-Z's 2013 Budweiser Made In America Festival will be announced in a manner of minutes. The event returns August 31st and September 1st to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia for the second year in a row.
Last year's line-up boasted performances from D'Angelo, Jay-Z, Drake, Janelle Monae, Odd Future, and many more.
