Neal Brennan To Make NYC Theatrical Debut w/ '3 Mics' Show, John Legend Will Produce
Next month, Chappelle's Show co-creator, writer and comedian Neal Brennan will bring his renowned 3 Mics show to NYC's Lynn Redgrave Theater in SOHO. The show, which has already been met with praise after a stint in Los Angeles, finds Brennan dedicating each of, you guessed it, three microphones to a different tone and voice; one for stand-up, one for one-liners and one for "emotional stuff," according to the show's site.
The kicker: Brennan's show is set to be produced by John Legend's Get Lifted Films, which seems to indicate that there will be tapings and an eventual special full-length special. Previews for 3 Mics begin on February 23rd with opening night currently slated for March 3rd. Tickets are on sale now via the link below.
