Juice WRLD Reportedly Swallowed Pills to Hide Them From Authorities During Search

UPDATE: TMZ reports Juice WRLD allegedly swallowed Percocet painkillers in an attempt to hide them from authorities during a search.
According to law enforcement sources, the pilot who was flying Juice WRLD's private jet told authorities "on the ground that the rapper's entourage had guns on them." Upon landing, FBI and FAA agents were waiting for the rapper and everyone who was on the flight with him.
The TMZ report also states that between the plane landing and the authorities "conducting their search" Juice WRLD was seen swallowing Percocet pills which could have been an attempt for them to not be found. Sources also shared the pills could have led to his death, pointing to a possible overdose.
According to the Chicago Tribune Juice WRLD then went into convulsions as the police searched the jet and then cardiac arrest. Authorities then gave him Narcan, an emergency treatment used for opiod overdoses, when the convulsion began to counteract the Percocets, he woke up but was incoherent.
Additionally, the paramedics spent nearly 40 minutes treating the rapper in an attempt to get his heart beating normally, this was after police told dispatch workers repeatedly that they needed an ambulance for the rapper. He was later transported at 2:55 a.m. to the hospital. They arrived at the hospital at 3:06 a.m., following this doctors were not able to resuscitate him and he was pronounced dead.
Authorities confiscated 70 pounds of marijuana from the Chicago rapper's private jet following his death.
A TMZ report has emerged sharing that Juice WRLD, the late rapper took "several unknown pills" before suffering from a seizure.
The report alleges authorities also confiscated 70 pounds of marijuana after his untimely death. After he was was rushed to the hospital, the FBI confiscated the weed from numerous suitcases. The artist was traveling to Chicago's Midway Airport in a private jet.
Associates close to the rapper shared with the authorities that he had a Percocet problem, law enforcement also reportedly found a bottle of codeine on the plane. At the moment, his cause of death has not emerged. The Cook County Medical Examiner is set to perform an autopsy on Monday.
Additionally, earlier today two of the artist's security guards Chris Long and Henry Dean were arrested at Midway airport for possession of handguns. Complex reports they were found with "three guns, metal-piercing rounds, and a high-capacity magazine."
Juice WRLD was reportedly slated to attend his 21st birthday party the night he arrived in Chicago, according to Fox 32 Chicago. Shortly after arriving to the hospital following his seizure he was pronounced dead.
Following his death, "Lucid Dreams," one of his biggest songs has risen quickly to the top of Spotify and Apple Music's streaming charts. Two months ago, he was hit with a $15 million copyright infringement lawsuit over the single.
