Kanye West Has Replaced Frank Ocean As The Headliner For This Weekend's FYF Festival
Looks like Frank Ocean fans have another tough pill to swallow: Kanye West was just announced as the enigmatic r&b singer's replacement at this weekend's FYF Festival in LA. I'm sure many of you, like myself, were looking forward to the festival playing host to the first live performance from Ocean in ages, but like all things Frank, we'll never know if he's ready until he decides it's the case. And it's not all bad news. Ye has a knack for burning down stages where ever they may be, and the likes of D'Angelo (!,) Kaytranada, Run The Jewels and damn near every buzzy act on the planet should hold you over. If anything, this might mean that we're that much closer to the release of the mythical and now chronically delayed third solo outing from Ocean, Boys Don't Cry, which was initially slated to release in July according to a post Frank put up on his site what now seems like ages ago. Check out the full schedule for FYF Festival below to start scheduling your weekend accordingly and hit the link below if you've yet to grab your passes for the festival.
