Kanye West Shares The Full Version Of "No More Parties In LA" feat. Kendrick Lamar (prod. Madlib)
Last week, GOOD Friday came and went without word from Kanye West. Many fans (this writer included) were hopeful that we might see the release of a a full version of the teased Kendrick Lamar and Madlib collaboration, "No More Parties In LA." And while it's no longer Friday in any part of the world, Monday's as good a day as any to finally have that hip-hop Voltron of a collaboration realized in all its fully-fledged glory.
Moments ago, Mr. West did just that, waiting until the crack of dawn to drop his newly filled-out link-up. According to wifey's Twitter feed, the track was completed this weekend following a delay that was caused by an impromptu trip to Milan for a Yeezy Season 3 fitting (standard Ye' issues) heading straight to the studio after a 90 bar writing tear while en route. Meanwhile, many have speculated that the track was originally created with the legendary Stones Throw producer back in the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy days (built off a brilliant flip of Junie Morrison's "Suzie Thundertussy".) But wherever, however it came to be, it doesn't take much to realize just how polished a gem we have on our hands here.
Stream the first ever collaboration between, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Madlib in its entirety below. And brace yourself, SWISH cometh, arriving February 11th of this year.
