Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Nas & More Perform @ Governors Ball NYC
For those who were brave enough to troop it out to Randall's Island in NYC and trudge through the muddy conditions at this year's Governor's Ball, it looks like you were treated to a weekend of great music. The highlight of the 3 day music festival would have to be Kanye West's 90 minute closing set. Yeezy ran through plenty of classics but also got into previously heard Yeezus cuts like "New Slaves" & "Black Skinhead" as well as new ish like rumored album tracks "Onsite" and "I Am A God." Check the vids, below, and get the rest at normalmag. Oh yeah, and it's not a Kanye set without some kind of rant, get that too, below.Yeezus drops June 18th (no pre-order). 'Ye wasn't the only one on the bill though, get clips of Kendrick Lamar and Nas' sets as well (via Billboard). Photo: caitcourt88
