Watch Kendrick Lamar's Brilliant Live Debut Of "These Walls" On The Ellen Show

Kendrick Lamar made his presence felt today as he graced The Ellen Show with a jaw-dropping live debut of his mid-tempo To Pimp A Butterfly heater "These Walls" live and direct on daytime TV. Known to many of us as the two-stepping delight of TPAB, "These Walls" is something of a breath of fresh air in an album seeped in anger, sociopolitical commentary and war-cries, and in its live debut, Lamar managed to capture the beauty of his album's breather in four short minutes of manic microphone wizardry, perfectly complimented by a a pair of dancers and a live painter who builds the mood flawlessly. And while contributing voices like Bilal & Anna Wise were not in attendance, their presence was certainly felt and you can bet they're both cheering your boy on from where ever they are in the world. To Pimp A Butterfly is still getting all of the burn around these parts and appears to have left a lasting impression on the host, who sent her entire audience home with a copy of the record. If you've yet to do so, snag your own copy on iTunes today and get ready to two-step the day away with Kendrick Lamar's brilliant live debut of "These Walls" on The Ellen Show below.
